20 Time Project Idea

I want to do my 20-time project on yoga. I am interested in seeing the benefits and effects of yoga, especially in athletes. I have heard yoga helps you focus the mind and the body and I want to explore if it does actually make a noticeable difference. Some ideas I have are, doing yoga for 10 minutes every day and seeing the effects. I will need more knowledge to pursue this topic and make a final decision.
