I am continuing the process of collecting my data and recording the results from my project. I am filling out the chart I created and maintain the schedule I established. I saw a post on Instagram that was a poll and asked if people were coping with anxiety and almost half of the people who voted said yes. This motivated me to keep finding ways to help people with this. I also want to find other ways than just yoga to help people in the best way.

I am continuing the process I have been doing for the past couple of weeks. There is nothing new for me to do right now so I am continuing to collect my data so it is more accurate. This includes doing yoga in the schedule that I planned to do it and recording what I got from it.
