elevator pitch

Many people struggle with stress and anxiety every day. Focusing on younger people, I have seen many times the stress negatively affects their performance in school, sports, or social life. If there is no way to relieve that stress or anxiety, kids will reach a point where it all just builds up and is very unhealthy. Without solving this issue kids can become overwhelmed and the problem can become serious if they chose to abuse substances or self-harm. There is a simple way to fix this problem if individuals find a way to relieve this stress. I want to find a way to help this problem by suggesting yoga to let out all the pent up feelings of worry. I have done a lot of research on the effects of yoga and I know it will be a key to solving this problem. In the end, I am hoping kids will use either this method of yoga to feel better overall and more healthy or find their own method by getting ideas from my project.
