what did you accomplish this week? this week I got a plan together that was a good balance between being effective and having balance. I have done a yoga session every Tuesday and Thursday and recorded what I did during those sessions. what are you working on now now I'm working on how I'm going to display my data. what do plan to do next? next, i plan to continue using the plan i created and recording the effects. i want to research and find the most effective way to share my data so people will get the most out of it.
