 what did you accomplish this week?  this week I got a plan together that was a good balance between being effective and having balance. I have done a yoga session every Tuesday and Thursday and recorded what I did during those sessions.  what are you working on now  now I'm working on how I'm going to display my data.  what do plan to do next?  next, i plan to continue using the plan i created and recording the effects. i want to research and find the most effective way to share my data so people will get the most out of it.

Progress in the Project

I have done research over the past couple weeks on the most effective and easy to learn practices of yoga. I think it is important to find a technique of yoga that everybody can do so there is not more stress added on. I have tried out a few methods and found some of my favorites. I have not gotten a chance to really notice the overall impact due to the short time period I have been doing this. The Corona epidemic has not really impacted the project part of my 20 Time but I was not able to present my information to the class. I was planning on giving presentations to many people to raise awareness after my project is finished but I do not know if I will be able to due to social distancing. My plan then would be to make a powerpoint to send to people so they can still read about my project.

Many people struggle with stress and anxiety every day. Focusing on younger people, I have seen many times the stress negatively affects their performance in school, sports, or social life. If there is no way to relieve that stress or anxiety, kids will reach a point where it all just builds up and is very unhealthy. Without solving this issue kids can become overwhelmed and the problem can become serious if they chose to abuse substances or self-harm. There is a simple way to fix this problem if individuals find a way to relieve this stress. I want to find a way to help this problem by suggesting yoga to let out all the pent up feelings of worry. I have done a lot of research on the effects of yoga and I know it will be a key to solving this problem. In the end, I am hoping kids will use either this method of yoga to feel better overall and more healthy or find their own method by getting ideas from my project.
