I have been continuing following my schedule for the times I planned to do yoga and I recorded the data after. There is a common theme from the data I collected which is good because it will correspond to my goal. The last thing I need to do is after I get all my data I need to create a presentation to display everything I found. Along with doing yoga, I found working out is another strategy that gives me the same results which is something I want to include in the end project.

elevator pitch

Many people struggle with stress and anxiety every day. Focusing on younger people, I have seen many times the stress negatively affects their performance in school, sports, or social life. If there is no way to relieve that stress or anxiety, kids will reach a point where it all just builds up and is very unhealthy. Without solving this issue kids can become overwhelmed and the problem can become serious if they chose to abuse substances or self-harm. There is a simple way to fix this problem if individuals find a way to relieve this stress. I want to find a way to help this problem by suggesting yoga to let out all the pent up feelings of worry. I have done a lot of research on the effects of yoga and I know it will be a key to solving this problem. In the end, I am hoping kids will use either this method of yoga to feel better overall and more healthy or find their own method by getting ideas from my project.

I am continuing the process I have been doing for the past couple of weeks. There is nothing new for me to do right now so I am continuing to collect my data so it is more accurate. This includes doing yoga in the schedule that I planned to do it and recording what I got from it.
